Hello there! I'm Meli Burke, the makeup artist behind Meli B. Makeup. I graduated from Booker T. Washington High School of the Performing and Visual arts in 2021. I then went on to L Makeup Institute where I earned my certification in beauty makeup, hair styling, airbrush and body painting, and special effects makeup.
